Excellent service at the counter! I love the oldies music that gets played and the food was fresh and brought out to us quickly. We also found out you can use a frosted A&W mug, for free, while you enjoy your meal. You just leave it on the table when you're finished. (You have to request the mug.) Everything was great!!

Cute little 70s diner feel with fun colors and decently taken care of as far as cleanliness and organizational standards go. Food was good, reminded me why I loved looking John silvers so long ago, haven't had it in years and it felt like the first time I enjoyed it again. Not only that but was surprisingly quick and everyone here seemed genuinely happy, checking up on people, on top of their duties while being properly friendly, I liked this place and would definitely return. Bathrooms could use slightly more attention maybe, but it's a bathroom so. I didn't even hate.

The staff is very nice . Food has gotten smaller in portion and prices are high. There’s hardly any meat , mostly breading . Small portions of fries and claims . The hushpuppies are mini . . Expected a larger meal for the price .

This is a drive -thru review. So refreshing to have such pleasant service. It was getting close to closing time, and the staff was still friendly and compensated for smaller chicken pieces by adding more.

Food and service were excellent. Both LJS and A&W food is so good sometimes I have to have both.

It's long Johns, not the best by any measure. But I still love it. A&W also, so amazing fries and dogs. It's not a 5 star restaurant, you know what your getting. But I love long Johns, and there aren't many left. It's like carnival food, if you like it you absolutely love it. 2 pieces of greasy fish, a piece of rubbery chicken and a few hush puppies and a literal handful of tarter sauce packets and I'm in heaven. We have to preserve the few remaining locations we still have. I can eat the pieces of batter skimmed off the friers like it's its own meal. Captain d's just doesn't hit the same spot.

I haven't been here for several years. I wasn't sure at times if the dining room was open. I just saw people going through the drive thru when I went to Kroger. I decided to stop by one night. I ordered the 2 piece Fish Combo with Coke Slaw, Onion Rings, Hush Puppies, Crab Cake, and a Diet Pepsi. It was very good. I will probably be back. I just wish they had an app. UPDATE: June 12, 2024-I finally found they got an app, and I decided to try it. I ordered a Fish Sandwich, Onion Rings, and a Diet Pepsi. Since this was my first order, I got the Fish Sandwich for free! This was great! My meal was delicious, and I will continue to use the app and order from here. UPDATE: July 7, 2024-I ordered from the app again, and I ordered the 2 piece Chicken Combo with Onion Rings, Hush Puppies, and a Diet Pepsi. The chicken is just as good as the fish. The food was all very delicious. The food and the app are all well worth it! UPDATE: July 23, 2024-I again ordered from the app, and this time, I ordered the 2 piece Fish Combo with Waffle Fries, a Diet Pepsi, and Cheesecake for dessert. The meal was delicious, especially the cheesecake. Long John Silver is becoming one of my favorite places! UPDATE: September 25, 2024-I ordered from the app the 2 Fish Tacos Combo with Waffle Fries and Diet Pepsi. The Fish Tacos were good, but they would be better in a hard shell, like regular tacos. Overall, the meal was very good. UPDATE: December 10, 2024-I decided to try their Lobster Bites Combo. The combo included a piece of fish, a savory side, two hush puppies, Lobster Bites, and a drink. My savory side was Waffle Fries, and my drink was Diet Pepsi. Lobster Bites are bits of lobster cut up and fried. I have never had them before, but they were delicious. The whole meal was delicious, but I wish there were two pieces of fish.
